• Limited health status and lifestyle questionnaire information, pursuant to and consistent with the delivery of Personal Training and Sport Massage Therapy services.

All the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To respond to your initial request for Sports Massage Therapy or Personal Training services;

• To maintain communication with you;

• To deliver the agreed services to you; and

• To determine the most effective services for you and ensure these remain appropriate to you.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored on-site; and limited contact information is securely stored electronically.

We keep personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details); and limited health status lifestyle information for a period of 12 months following the end of service delivery. We will then dispose your information by confidential destruction.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
